By using the products and services of ZOG JOINT STOCK COMPANY, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read carefully before use.
01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any ZOG ("we", "our") service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part, please stop using the service immediately. These terms may be updated periodically — continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new version.

ZOG provides professional technology and software architecture solutions, including:
Software Development
Design and build web, mobile, and backend systems tailored to your requirements.
Cloud Infrastructure
Consulting, deployment, and operation of systems on modern cloud platforms.
Technical Support
Ongoing maintenance, upgrades, and technical support for deployed systems.
03User Obligations
Lawful Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes, in compliance with Vietnamese and international law.
Account Security
Protect your login credentials and take full responsibility for all activity under your account.
No Misuse
Do not attack, reverse-engineer, or intentionally disrupt ZOG's systems and services.
Accurate Information
Provide truthful and accurate information when registering and during use of the service.
04Intellectual Property
All content is owned by ZOG
All source code, designs, documentation, trademarks, and content created by ZOG are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Products developed under contract will have ownership terms defined in that specific agreement.
05Limitation of Liability
ZOG is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. ZOG's total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability — in such cases, the above limitation will not apply.
06Termination
ZOG reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms, without prior notice. You may also terminate use of the service at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, all rights granted under these terms will immediately cease.
07Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved before the competent People's Court in Hanoi, Vietnam, unless otherwise agreed in writing by both parties.
